My buddies toured with Luke Combs a bit, they’re in the band of another country star. He’s a nice fella. They ALL hate Jason Aldean and make fun of him at every chance.

I’ve met Aldean once briefly, he was nice enough for the 2-3 minutes I had with him. That being said, I’ve heard from enough people I trust to know that my experience was an outlier and he is usually a dick.
My new job is awesome but the teachers here are pretty intense.
I rescued one of my coworkers to come work here before she got fired. But I’m technically across enemy lines and so I try not to interact with her at work too much as I don’t want her new coworkers thinking she’s a snitch or anything.
But we give each other little winks and waves like we’re secret lovers or some shit and it’s kinda maddening how stupid functioning in society is.
Huh?
And that's not even the point of the story!
I'm at the last dungeon and I don't know any other opinions about it but FF16 is really not a good Final Fantasy in my opinion. It's like they went back to the pre-Sony days and tried to make it super edgey but it's cringey as shit. It's like how FF12 borrowed from FF11. FF16 borrows from FF14 and makes it a damn slog to play.
Clive sounds like British batman and the Witcher dude mixed.
are you saying ff12 is also not good
FF16 is okay. There's a few gameplay and exploration decisions they made with it that make no sense to me because they did it much better in Forspoken and everyone hates that game even though gameplay-wise it's a pretty badass game.
FF16's highs are really high and I enjoyed the kaiju battles but the game is really too easy because the enemies are really slow for the most part.
I didn't really care for FF15 so it might just be me aging out of the series.
FF12 has always been my favorite and I would not mind a remake with FF16's engine. I might just be salty it's not an Ivalice game.
That's because XV looks like and plays like a side story to an FF game while having the budget of an FF game.
IV, IX, XI, XII and XIV are my joints. I know everyone loves VI, VII and for some fucking reason VIII but I would be perfectly fine if they ceased to exist. I know what I like enough to know XV wasn't for me. Without any actual knowledge of XVI, I just presume it's XV but with knights and castles, which that's for some people, but the way they seem to play just ain't for me. Maybe someone will convince me to play XVI
XVI is like Devil May Cry with chocobos and a protagonist that says OH FUCK when faced with a big bad guy
ff16 is very character driven and the major characters are very good imo, some of the best in the series. the story is very good because of this but i did not like the major antagonist, the lesser villains were more interesting
the major complaint of the game for most people is it is too easy
that said the graphics are great and for the major fights against the elemental equivalents to other entries in the series they are spectacular
but they are also pretty much impossible to lose to so they feel like very drawn out quick time events
but very pretty quick time events!
also the music is good as usual
sorry im trying to phrase things as non-spoilery as possible since we aren’t in the thread
i enjoyed the game but can see people’s problems with it. i think overall it’s a solid entry in the series and hope they add some more content with dlc (more hunts that are actually hard plz)
Ksandra was a teacher at one school. Then at one point, she became a half-admin/half-teacher.
Then she gets an offer to be full-admin at another school. She goes to this other school.
She knew a teacher (they were friends) at her previous school and knew she would be on the chopping block there. So she was able to get her a teaching job at the school she admins at.
Admin and teachers are apparently enemies, so she has to be subtle about the fact they are friends if they see other throughout the day.
Sounds like skill issue.
I'm only like 5 hours in but 16 is ruthlessly linear so far and I can't tell if or when it is going to stop. Just got Garuda and it's unclear where the story is heading next so maybe it's going to open up a little. Combat consisting of alternating attack/magic burst buttons is getting old.
I'm only playing in 1-2 hour stints but that feels fine because I'm ready to stop after that long
