Ksandra was a teacher at one school. Then at one point, she became a half-admin/half-teacher.

Then she gets an offer to be full-admin at another school. She goes to this other school.

She knew a teacher (they were friends) at her previous school and knew she would be on the chopping block there. So she was able to get her a teaching job at the school she admins at.

Admin and teachers are apparently enemies, so she has to be subtle about the fact they are friends if they see other throughout the day.

We interviewed a teacher today on zoom. Something about him felt off to me despite being a teacher for like 20 years. So I decided to google sleuth him while he was taking. Found an article about him from ten years ago where he got fired for secretly taking photos of his female students. (Supervisor caught it so no “he said she said situation.”

Apparently there was a lawsuit being formed last year suing the district for harboring sexual predators, and his name was listed.

Fuck man, you don’t get to come back after that. Get a different job, creepo.

Tbh I dunno how that works specifically since I am not actually HR. I would assume it comes out in the background check, but usually that happens during the onboarding part after the interview. They are rushing to try and fill positions, though, as school starts Monday. (We have a long term sub for now.)

I also don’t know what happened after he got fired. He list as working for the district all the way up until COVID, so either he lied or they just moved him to a new school or something. Would make sense why he was listed in the lawsuit if they did move him.


Oh I didn’t even mention, dude left the district over vaccine policies. He actually put under the reason for leaving: “Left over vaccine mandate. I am not anti-vax. I’m anti-mandate. My body, my choice, right?”

I am like, wow. There are a million and one ways to put that to not be politically charged in your APPLICATION.

Just say, “I had creative differences with some of the district policies at the time.” And be done.

You can imagine what his COVID era posts were like on FB. Lol

Bruh my last job had to rework our entire social media policy because the CEO posted on his LinkedIn video of Drake at a concert dropping the N word and the CEO did the stereotypical old white man move of going “HOW COME HE CAN SAY IT BUT I CAN’T HUH” and got rightly flamed by fucking everyone
