unrelated. 6:30am and japanese roommates ask me to come downstairs so i do. it's him and his gf staring at the toilet as it keeps filling with water flooding into the hallway. didn't turn off the water, didn't let me know sooner, didn't even put down a towel. my gym shoes are now soaked in toilet water and i gotta call a plumber cuz 20mins of plunging did fuck all and i can't find my snake. hopefully plumber can tell me how they clogged it cuz this kid has clogged it up like 6 times now when no one else has in 5+ years.

basically what i'm saying is it shoulda been 3 bombs

never in my life have i given anyone a lease. i usually just rented out to friends/classmates but then i stopped going to classes during covid and ran out of an endless stream of easy friends i can vet thru classes

i will say every rando has been a total failure. maybe my extreme lenience is to blame
