I dont understand the vehicular morals of some people. Just saw someone perfectly content to go atleast 140 in a 100 (I was doing 115 and he was gone like the Flash), perfectly content to bob and weave through the cars without signaling, but refused to hop into the carpool/e-vehicle lane that was empty.
