My family used to deep fry turkey and inject with Cajun seasoning and it was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I been chasing that for years. Let me know how Popeyes holds up.

I don't know what it is about this specifically but whenever I'm making chicken and it doesn't cook all the way through it makes me irrationally angry. Like dinner is served and then we cut into the chicken and find out it's gotta go back in for a few more minutes and it just makes me furious.
