you can't outward write or say you are excluding white peeps from your hiring pool but in practice if you exclusively interviewed and hired 100% indigenous peeps, for example, no labour board on the planet is ever going to say boo about it. the company would be praised

there's a chain of 50 or so all-you-can-eat chinese buffets here in ontario called the mandarin. they have a roster of about 5000 employees made up of 100% asians.
