Yeah theres still a ton of raters completely uneducated on it and fall back on the retarded “back in my day” shit. If that happens the request has to be submitted to a Higher Level Review because those are the dudes paid for this, next level to my understanding is some appellate judge.

Unfortunately some people have neither the time nor the inclination to follow through once their told no by some boomer asshole.

My claim got denied on August 8th, and then the PACT Act was signed into law on August 10th. I 100% re-put my packet together and submitted it for a HLR. Even then it still takes months.
