Tekken 8 actually does precompile shaders on launch, but for whatever reason it doesn't do some of the ones related to effects and also doesn't save the shader it's already cached, so it stutters everytime on the same couple moves.

Never expected to say this, but please bring back bespoke engines. I'm sick and tired of unreal being used for everything.

Just finished binging the second season of Helluva Boss on YouTube and the last episode got me mad choked up.

The way Fizz interacted with the deaf kid just absolutely floored me. And then he gives the kid a shoutout again after his performance, all in ASL. Just wonderful. It’s awesome how such a raunchy show can be so wholesome lol. Can’t wait for the next episode/season.

And you're going to see more of it with how animation studios were treated coming out of the pandemic. At best dropped once the lockdown ended, or at worst their shows tax write off-ed and years of animators work just shoved down the drain.
