I like 'em big, I like 'em small.
Lost ten pounds so far using the hunger suppressants. This shit is amazing.
At least 50 more to go. ;_;
My son put on Up so I had to leave the room for the first 10 minutes.
The little pill with the big story to tell?
Just sent someone a pm about this, so just going to copy paste my response:
Phentermine and metformin!
So here the background info to see if it helps you:
I went to hers.com (sister site of hims.com), and did their survey. They wanted to put me on their kit with 4 pills for $90 a month.
I figured I’d do my due diligence and message Kaiser to make sure the doctor said it was safe for me to take it, and I got a call from them being like, “you don’t need them, you have us.” They said the four were fine but they prescribe two out of the four. They also said if I didn’t lose 10 lbs in 3 months they will discuss ozempic instead. Note: I mentioned that everything I read online made it sound like I didn’t have the bmi to qualify and the lady said no I did.
In any case, the doctor did say the hers/hims medication is safe in case you need to go that route. The ones I take are the hunger suppressants. The extra two would be one that makes you poop a lot to speed things up and a happy pill because one can have depression side effects.
I will say it’s typical to have some nasty side effects at the start. I had gotten major headaches, and a weird lip twitch in the beginning, but all in all they lasted about four days. Now I just have dry mouth, which is all good since it just makes me drink more water lol.
Costs me about $15 a month.
I should also note in the beginning it was kinda scary. It felt like all contact to my stomach was severed and I could have just starved to death if I didn’t purposely eat.
But after I adjusted to the medication, it got more normal. I can get hungry but it feels like a more normal hunger at normal times. For example I would start feeling hungry at like 3 and wouldn’t get to eat until like 6-7. So by the time I actually had dinner I’d be so hungry I’d severely overeat.
Now I’m basically hungry at 6, and fill up quickly without needing to eat an insane amount to be satisfied.
It really feels like how I am supposed to feel like a normal person instead of a fat ass.
Ah, old school, glad the phentermine isn't making your heart race or fucking your sleep up

All the black kids at my kid's school are mixed. Every single one is a black dad and a white woman. The ratio of generally mixed kids at the school is also pretty high with one ultra rare combo of a South Asian (Indian) and East Asian.
I do think it's odd that there are no black women in the village.
The fucking Hispanic grocery store doesn’t carry my favorite salchichón anymore. Gotta buy some off brand shit to make with my Sunday mangú.
When I started the lady recommended I cut out caffeine for a bit. Kaiser requires me going to get my heart rate/blood pressure checked monthly.
My first time everything was normal. So they said I could add caffeine back in but limit it.
I had one day last week I had a coffee from Starbucks and I felt I was going to go flying through the roof.
Other than that is been ok. It’s probably the most annoying side. Usually when I diet I stick to unsweetened iced tea if I want something with flavor (I hate seltzer waters), but I can’t do that now. I stock my house with caffeine free coke zeros if I want a drink. If I go out I get a small lemonade.
It's important to note that UK demographics will be a bit different from CA demographics. Still, odd to notice.
Kid's school is so small that Reception/Foundation shares a class with half of Year 1 and Year 2 shares half a class with the other half of Year 1. It's not until year 3 that the classes are fully separated. I have no idea what the conversion to US classes are, but my oldest turned 5 in July and is in Year 1.
