I guess I should have been specific. Endogamy is more prevalent in the UK with regards to black and white relationships. Also. while anecdotal, every non-African (IE 1st generation) black woman I know here is long term or married to a white dude. There's just none at all in the village I live in.

When I started the lady recommended I cut out caffeine for a bit. Kaiser requires me going to get my heart rate/blood pressure checked monthly.

My first time everything was normal. So they said I could add caffeine back in but limit it.

I had one day last week I had a coffee from Starbucks and I felt I was going to go flying through the roof.


Other than that is been ok. It’s probably the most annoying side. Usually when I diet I stick to unsweetened iced tea if I want something with flavor (I hate seltzer waters), but I can’t do that now. I stock my house with caffeine free coke zeros if I want a drink. If I go out I get a small lemonade.

my wife has done something similar with cutting out caffeine and she inadvertently had a fully caffeinated iced coffee and went into the stratosphere.
