My only experience with Episode One race, if that's what you're on about, was the N64. F-Zero existed at the same time. Wipeout existed at the same time. Both games masterfully designed and highly technical at high levels. Extreme G existed at the same time. utside of the arcade experience (and without any experience with other versions if they exist) the N64 version looked like dogshit and ended up relying more on twitch reflexes on dog water tracks than anything else. Anyone that bought that racing game over the almost as silly Hydro Thunder on the N64 wasted their money.
