So with everything going on, I now wonder if the office I work at may get targeted by ICE.

One of our health care programs I support, their whole mission is helping low income and immigrant families navigate getting set up on obamacare/medi-cal. While not at the level of pre-covid with how much docusign has exploded in popularity, we still do get appointment visits from clients a few times a day. Our office also is right across the street from public transit, and not far from downtown oakland.

Another program I support does a lot of work in homeless camps, trying to provide basic healthcare such as immunizations, as well as operating a small clinic in downtown oakland.

Fuck I hate what this country is turning into.

This has been me and my birthday for untold years, but then I became a dad, unfortunately father's day is more of the same. It's important to make time for yourself lads. I certainly make plans with wifey to let me vanish for a whole day every now and then.
