My friend's dad was a major collector. He had a room off of the den that was about 20x20' and stacked about 5 feet high with boxes of back issues with spaces to get in between.

I used to buy a lot. (I had a drop box at a little comic shop) Then I realized one time, "HOLY SHIT LOOK HOW MUCH YOU SPENT ON COMICS THIS MONTH!" and decided to cut back. New single issues are fucking retarded.

This is close but I mean more like how Terry Silver's wanted to bring Cobra Kai to the global stage and though it's never his intention, it's what Johnny ends up doing.
