You're really fucking sloppy here.

1. The Dominion War would have happened in probably the same timeframe if people used the wormhole.
2. "The Sisko" was ALWAYS destined to be the emissary and was touched by "The Prophets" (a coalition of non-linear entities) since conception.
3. Q is in an outside context problem. In simple terms however, his actions accelerated the federation's ability to seemingly survive in perpetuity.

Without Q's early interference humanity and the federation would have been deleted several times over.
