I liked it in the theater but afterwards I was like ehhhh I appreciate trying to subvert the misunderstood outcast trope by having Corey not remain noble and stoically suffer and there actually being consequences for society because of how they treat him but also like, that kid was a weird douchebag.

It's the longest currently running comic and they split into a whole ass spawn universe now with like 5 or 6 simultaneous series going.

But yeah I have no idea what's going on, I haven't read it since like around issue 200 and it's at 376 as of this week

I know there was a medieval Spawn and a Wild West Spawn, I assume they had other notable historical counterparts like Women's Suffrage Spawn and Great Leap Forward Spawn.

I think at current there is Spawn, Gunslinger Spawn, King Spawn, The Scorched, Rat City, Sam & Twitch , Curse of Sherlee Johnson and a seemingly never ending cycle of mini series.

The CGI from the Spawn movie still holds up pretty well today for being released in…1998 I think? Especially the cape.
