Yep, my fav was a small little pizza place in North End in Boston which had the best pizza there and was different from every other place serving the same menu. Then they decided to get a new chef who turned the menu into exactly like every other restaurant there and they lost the charm that they had. And then 6 months later they closed because nothing made them stand out anymore.
