When do you consider an e-bike a motorcycle? California law says a class 3 e-bike with pedal assist should not exceed 28mph, cannot have a throttle, and requires a helmet.

I was grabbing lunch and on the way back to the office when an e-bike was pacing me on my rear bumper without pedal assist at 40mph.

If it can move faster than an Olympic sprinter it should require a motorcycle lic and be classed as one. So yeah 28 should be the cutoff.

Just curious because sometimes I see established pornstars in movies/scenes and they aren’t doing anything sexual, just another character and I wonder like what is a payday for that like for them? Are they contractually obligated to do a certain number of them? Or do they do it for funsies? Idk just things I wonder about

The Bad: RM and Hobi went to Usher's concert where Chris Brown was headlining. Took photos with both. Fans full on split wanting to rip them to shreds for interacting with these two, but mostly CB.

Me? Fuck CB, but like do these bitches not pay attention? These guys for 13+ years have talked about idolizing these rappers. A diff member did a collab with Usher, and would have performed at the Super Bowl with him had he not been in the military. Another member mentioned only like 3 months ago that CB was one of their musical inspirations.

Now shocked that they actually...like these people's music and go to their shows + being in a space where they get to interact with them? dafuq?

I think part of the problem is their style is such a wide range, so some people only know the Dynamite-style side of their music and haven't paid enough attention to their more hiphop/rap stuff.

The Ugly: Lots of death threats flying around the internet over it and they have a concert tonight. Many fans have reported it to the police but yeah. Afraid for them. Some of the members be too trusting and go right up to the audience, so hopefully they will make smart choices, but those ones can be quite impulsive.

it's also shocking how blatant it is that almost every girl kpop girl is basically doing unpaid sex work throughout their career. more shocking how korean girls openly share the proofs of it. i met girls that are 'friends' with kpop stars that you would know and show me sex videos of them because it's totally normal to try to shame others. seoul is a hellscape.
