What should I go through after this? So far I've watched all of Castlevania, Cobra Kai, The Dragon Prince, She-Ra, and the Wire since lockdown started.

the expanse?
Kipo and the age of wonderbeasts was surprisingly good.
so shinra started as a power company specializing in mako, but eventually formed their own army and shit?
what’s to keep JCPL, ConEd or Verizon from militarizing then?
Big Boss? Solid Snake?
Other way round, Shinra started as an arms manufacture, discovered how to generate power from mako, and pivoted to electric power production, and diversified from there.
And your thought forms a pillar of what Shadowrun is built on.
Corporations hired/formed PMCs to guard assets in third world countries and the practice made it's way back to the first world.
A food riot in NYC resulted in a medical waste truck being mobbed, and lethal force was used to defend it, case went to the supreme court and the action was upheld.
Then a few years later eco-terrorists tried to go after a nuclear reactor, same thing happened, and again the supreme court upheld it.
Those two cases form the basis of Corporate Extraterritoriality, making megacorporate property and assets a nation unto themselves, unanswerable to governments.
Came to the realization last night a major factor why work is depressing beyond the Sisyphean grind and the fear of getting the 'Rona. I haven't seen anyone smile at work in more than 3 months because masks/face coverings have been mandated since April.
If Nonny was real he’d shoot up a school.
Dude is always getting picked on and getting some bullshit nonsense for lunch.
Was reading an article about how Stanford is cutting a bunch of sport programs. Some made sense like sailing, fencing, volleyball, crew. Then I saw synchronized swimming and asked "Why the hell is that an NCAA sport?"
Took a few seconds - Title IX. And was recalling the college course I took "Sports in American Society" and the discussion how any Division 1 NCAA college/university with a football team (handegg for you euros) is not in compliance with Title IX - and never will be as long as a football program exists. So colleges offer a women only sport like syncro swimming to chip away at the gender imbalance in its student athlete population.
one of my cousins did fencing in high school in Florida, seemed like a fun time from videos/pictures
and as far as I know it’s not an elitist sport, because they poor too
on the flip side, i have another cousin who did figure skating, and that is most certainly not a sport for poors (uncle is a lawyer in Manhattan, aunt is a school supernintendo chalmers in CN), and it looked boring and awful as hell to participate in
Those sports should be back once the pandemic is over. Stanford doesn't want to pay those sports' staff. The school would be threatened with lawsuits because of noncompliance over Title IX unless they cut the football program.
I wonder how the hand banana episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force would be received if it aired for the first time today.
The problem with ebony porn is that it’s either a ton of hood rat chicks with tattoos on their asses, or them being treated as a commodity getting railed by white dudes.
