Can i just say, I live near Flint and thought this shit was going to hit the fan there, but no. It has been amazing to see how the police responded there, which allowed the protest to stay peaceful.

Not surprised really. All of Flint watched as the system just shit on them and left them to fend for themselves so i'm sure the community is in way better shape due to this in regards to working together and getting along. I know I posted it before elsewhere but it's the same shit I was told by my host in the Netherlands about how they view things.

this threads got so much useful info, daily updates, dialogue on how to change, anecdotes and examples of why people are fighting/angry, and even some folks having differences of opinion - it's all great. if everyone just ignored everything draylo posts we can get back to the actual purpose of the thread.
