I'm honestly expecting a crash soon in my area. A lot of tech companies are getting tempting offers to relocate to texas due to taxes/cost of living, so if just a couple of the major players uproot, it's going to bring costs down. And if not that, our current economic enviornment thanks to COVID may cause another crash.
