Y'all will be happy to know there is a growing movement within the psych community to legalize the use of psylos because of the benefits to therapy and mental well being.
It's one of the main avenues I want to pursue and advocate for. I'm actually a huge proponent for recreational drugs being a part of therapy and wellness.
It sucks that you were treated that way.

I'm very libertarian on that issue. I think we should be able to do whatever we want with our bodies, so long as we are not hurting someone else. Take all the money we spend on policing drugs and shift it to mental health and education. This is coming from someone that drinks maybe once every few months with friends, and I'll take an edible every few weeks to get a good night's sleep. Never cared to do psych's, but I think anyone who wants to should be able to do so.
If we are free enough to shovel 10,000 calories of pizza in a day, we should be able to eat a shroom.
Really? Didn't know the left-shifted that much over. Let me be clear, I mean all drugs, even the really bad fucked up shit and people SHOULD NOT do... i think they can if they wanted.
yeah. and ill fully admit it was a stupid move of me to not up the dose like that instead of treating the salt form as a new psych entirely, upping it slowly from a low dose. if i had done that i would've quickly realized it was much less needed than the freebase form. I'm not sure how much less, but probably closer to 60-120 mg instead of... 350. LOL. considering how fast psychedelics ramp up from a low dose to a heavy dose to holy shit what were you thinking dose, it's no wonder i completely blacked out there.
i realize most people need trip sitters, though honestly i think it depends on the person - i've always been pretty independent. i'd be pretty uncomfortable tripping around other people, honestly. i feel much more relaxed just being by myself, lost in my own thoughts. that said, if they were legal, i'd at least be more comfortable with the idea of at least letting people know i was tripping, or just hanging a sign up letting people know i was in the middle of tripping or something in case someone was wondering. (maybe we'd need like a psychedelic wristband or something to let people know someones currently tripping or something.)
that was the only time i'd ever had ever "lost control" of myself, and for pretty obvious reasons >.> only time i ever had close to a bad trip was when a gigantic shadow appeared on my wall and it looked like a hornet was in my room... after i mustered up enough courage, it turns out it was a fly. a fly almost the size of my thumbnail. a horsefly big enough to qualify as a chasme. i hate bugs.
Just pass medicare for all, it would save ERs money despite lower reimbursements because there would be no more uncompensated care.
I'm trying to figure out what exactly HC was going for since, you know, the cops very much are in Chicago and didn't do anything to prevent those shootings.

Footage released today of a chase from last year.
Javier Ambler fled from police, a poor decision.
The deputy then tased him. Back up arrived. They tased him again. He pleaded with them to stop and that he had a congenital heart condition and couldn't breathe. They tased him two more times. He died.
But you know, he shouldn't have run.

Most liberals would. Most Democrats would not. The majority of the Democratic party is not liberal, at least not in the context of most people under 40.
Well, maybe not fentanyl or heroin, I guess. That is more of a libertarian stance. But I think most liberals would support a "decriminalize all drugs", but if you asked those two specifically, maybe not agree to that.
bring back quaaludes if we gonna do the good synthetics
