You should really just read the original source, instead of just the fact check. The money and donation amounts don't add up, and for some reason the BLM affiliates don't cash their Actblue checks for 60 days which enables Actblue to keep it for their own ends.

I'm not going to defend shady money dealings of any sort but the entire fact that they can happen in the first place is the result of Republican lawsuits brought before a conservative SCOTUS to allow massive unchecked spending into GOP campaigns.
