Not even sure what charges you would bring to the other 3 and have them actually stick.

They can't even charge Chauvin with murder and have it stick. They'd have to prove intent in court. He'd get at most negligent homicide or manslaughter.
Accessory, Criminal Negligence
The actually sticking part is what I'm more concerned about. I just see them more likely to get acquitted especially the one that was standing and keeping bystanders away.
There are cops here who can correct me if I'm wrong, but it is my understanding that restraining a suspect in this way is explicitly forbidden by the rules & regs. It is known to pose a significant risk of death and be inhumane. You are trained to NOT do this.
As a police officer he would have full knowledge of the risks inherent to kneeling on George's neck. That is intent. No question.
I believe it is the same with a full chokehold.
Times like this I miss JMC
I'm as skeptical of the US justice system for cops as the next guy

3rd degree murder and manslaughter.
If he gets any less than like 5 years then what happened last night is going to look like a day at the park.
3rd degree murder looks like it may not need the threshold of intent, at least not the way 1 and 2 define it.
Because the percentage of them dying from falling down is a lot lower than having a bullet in them.
And by that i mean, it is just a step in escalation. Meaning if someone pulls out a bat, you pull out the stun gun. If you didn't have a stun gun, the next level would be the real gun, which would be overkill...
