Looks like he was mildly resisting arrest but it’s hard to tell. If you call not putting his hands behind his back quickly resisting, dunno. The officers are clearly struggling with something.

Just saw it. Doesn't really seem to show anything new that we didn't already know but it does show he was held in that position longer than 10 mins since this was before the other bystander video started. What fucking reason did they have for that? He could have been handcuffed and taken away at any fucking point.
