Not even solely about insurance, those businesses will remain closed until all the damage is fixed where they lose further revenue. Then the people working at said stores probably get laid off to offset the costs and loss of work days open. Everyone loses in those situations regardless if the owner gets some insurance check. Also quite revolting that anyone could justify looting, especially small businesses that worked hard to get where they are.
