I read this somewhere else and wasn’t sure if the 79 reviews were because of possible excessive force, or if they just happen anytime force is used.

Reading from local news, anytime an officer draws his gun or uses force (arrests, detainment, etc), it's logged. I couldn't find anywhere in the article if it was complaints for excessive force but it seems like it's just that he's very active since he apparently works in a high-crime area.

We aren't, if you can back up your opinion with something intelligent...which you're failing at doing. I've made posts saying that I support most cops but there are some fucked up cops and the system protects them...and that needs to be changed. Some might not agree with that but I laid it out as best I could instead of going "HUURRR DUUUUURRRRR CONDEMN THE RIOTS IT FIX EVERYTHANG"
