Ok so just to be sure before we pull up facts, you're saying protests are impossible without looting/rioting?

Salt March = Peaceful (But wait there was also violence elsewhere over the same issues that Ghandi was seeking to solve)
Million Man march = Peaceful (But there was a whole lot of violence going on elsewhere too)
Our current Situation = Mix of Peaceful and violence. You have cities/states where it's 100% peaceful, people are working with the cops, the cops live in the neighborhoods they protect and feel for the people (Look at Flint) and then you have places where it's violent after curfew comes in but it's peaceful before that....soooooo chances are it's not the same people in a lot of cases, or it might be a mix.

You gonna try to explain to me how the world is black and white? Give me examples of protests that made MAJOR changes to the US policy, that were drastic and lasting, and also didn't have violence occuring somewhere in regards to the same incident that the protests were based around.

So just out of curiosity, why is there no outrage for David? Why aren't all the news crews except a select few, highlighting his death? He was a black life that mattered and I see nobody championing for him.

Actually, the outrage is quite high on social media. You need to expand your network.

I can quote to you right now examples, plenty are for the riots and looting. Even in this thread you had people say its necessary because peaceful protest got them nowhere.

Not saying rioting and looting is good, but it does get the attention politicians and city leaders. Let's go back to MLK, as you have frequently quoted and 'splained, and the effect of his assassination. There was rioting across the U.S. for nearly two months. After the first 6 days, politicians fast tracked and enacted the Civil Rights Act.

After three days of rioting in Minneapolis, the man who knelt on George Floyd's neck was arrested and charged.
