Ksandra, you work in a female dominated industry so you're more likely to see female drama, but I'll tell you that there's plenty of male drama in the trenches of techbro-dom. It manifests differently because males and females communicate differently, but I spend a surprising amount of time trying to interpret the feelings and butthurt-level of individuals from my Teams messages these days. Frankly, the ladies are much more straightforward to communicate with and manage because if I ask them how they feel about something they will actually tell me most of the time.
We talk about women being hormonal because their cycle is shorter and observable, but men go on basically a 20~30-year testosterone high that makes them much more predisposed to violence/aggression than any other human. I'd take a coworker that cries sometimes over one that commits suicide or attacks someone any day of the week.

Don't have the link on hand but I'm just scared of the segment of the population that says they are voting Biden now due to peer pressure but pull the lever for Trump in the voting booth in the fall. The Biden margin is greater than the hillary margin but I'm still scared.

This is a totally fair assessment, but if you think about it, it just goes with what I am saying. Biden gave a speech on health care in Pennsylvania earlier, it wasn't bad. Wasn't great, but wasn't bad. Didn't have any gaffes or stumble on his words, low bar there.
