We got the bomb sniffers out here on mass transit platforms. Drug sniffers sometimes patrol but I rarely ever see them except at airports. Using K9 on civilians in a police altercation is primarily to strike fear.

i've always wondered how rampant police brutality was and how many unnecessary shootings there were when the country was more overtly racist, there were no cameras covering 99% of police interactions, the violent crime rate was x2 what it is today, and no one was keeping score
