If you're suspected of a crime you're supposed to be detained. People pointing at him screaming he shot someone falls in to the category. Someone walks up panting and sweaty with a gun in close proximity to where shots were fired. That falls into this category.

It is beyond a doubt NOT the correct decision.

Meanwhile there's thousands of hours of footage online of auditors being illegally detained for just filming them.

last i checked the dude tried to turn himself in, police didn't know the full story and let him go, now he is being charged with murder 1 and has been arrested. he is 17 years old. i think a black man would have suffered a similar fate. sorry to disagree with your "conformity"
