If you're suspected of a crime you're supposed to be detained. People pointing at him screaming he shot someone falls in to the category. Someone walks up panting and sweaty with a gun in close proximity to where shots were fired. That falls into this category.
It is beyond a doubt NOT the correct decision.
Meanwhile there's thousands of hours of footage online of auditors being illegally detained for just filming them.

D44k, if that kid was black, and one of the protesters and did that and the poor innocent militia's were yelling at the cops to arrest him, he'd be fucking dead. Seriously, get your head out of your ass and actually think for once instead of trying to be the cool kid that decides conformity is bullshit and argue the opposite of what others are saying, because that's you right now, and you're not cool.
he'd be dead or arrested? for either i'll need corroborating evidence, statistics and no anecdotes or emotions to "get my head out of my ass".
last i checked the dude tried to turn himself in, police didn't know the full story and let him go, now he is being charged with murder 1 and has been arrested. he is 17 years old. i think a black man would have suffered a similar fate. sorry to disagree with your "conformity"
lmao
"I'm here to confess to a murder"
"That's just, like, your opinion bro. Get out of here."
He walked by the cops, tried to go back to a business he was "defending" and then fled to his home state and you're trying to say he tried to turn himself in?
As for dead or arrested, go look at every black guy whose gotten shot while being unarmed. Here's an oldie but goodie of a fucking counselor trying to work with an autistic man playing with a toy truck in the middle of the street who got fucking shot in the leg. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shooti...Charles_Kinsey
If you're black and near cops right now it's a coin flip if you're going to get profiled or shot at this point.

Open carry is illegal in the state Kyle lives, Illinois. Open carry is legal in Wisconsin, but loaded is limited to handguns while they remain in a car.
believe that means the opposite, that is, you can open carry [loaded] anything you want except a handgun if it's in a car because,Open carry allowed without a permit. Permit required if carrying a loaded handgun in vehicle. Local restrictions preempted.
it's pretty much concealed carry (somehow) and that requires a permitHowever, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that a license is required to have a loaded handgun within reach in a vehicle, because being "within reach" constitutes carrying as per the Concealed Carry Act,
wait, so yall allow loaded assault rifles but dont allow loaded handguns? yall are so fucked up lol
