He's still fucked. Underage, carrying an illegal firearm, crossed state lines to join with a militia to patrol a chaotic area, and fled back across state lines.

Same deal. The kid shouldn’t have been there with a loaded gun. 1st guy was defending himself from a threat. Even if you wanted to argue the opposite for the first victim, the kid shot him in the head. The rest absolutely has reason to fear him and had every right to defend themselves against him.


He had a gun, they did not. They had way more reason to defend themselves than he did.

So why was he singled out and chased? Just because they felt like it? Show me the proof that he wasn't the instigator. Big man with a gun probably figured he could do whatever the fuck he wanted without consequence.

Also. It's not illegal for a minor to own a rifle under the age of 18 in 30 states. They can not make the purchase, but they are legally allowed to own them.
