Its really not. Its one thing if they are protesting in a public street, its another to go in a private area.

Also Zealot's "chased them off with pepper spray and beatings" cracked me up for some reason and now i feel bad.

Edit: and before anyone jumps down my throat, the homeowners are a little over the top, i'm not excusing it. Still, get the fuck out of private property.

What are the chances the Floyd's cop walks? It seems likely since George had x3 lethal dose of Fentanyl, considering the circumstances this will be hilarious and most likely serve justice, two things which are almost always mutually exclusive.

Video of the guy who shot into the encampment at Jefferson Park in Louisville, KY.

The suspect arrested in the shooting death of a man during a Louisville protest over the police killing of Breonna Taylor had taken part in demonstrations but was disruptive and had been asked by other protesters to leave, authorities and protesters said Sunday.

The man, identified by an arrest citation as Steven Nelson Lopez, was hospitalized and being interviewed by homicide investigators about the shooting that happened late Saturday, interim Louisville Police Chief Robert Schroeder said at a news conference.

Lopez was wounded in the leg by gunfire from bystanders at the park who were defending themselves, the arrest citation said. He has been charged with murder and wanton endangerment.

Tyler Charles Gerth, 27, of Louisville, died after being shot at Jefferson Square Park in downtown Louisville, authorities said.

In a video of the shooting shown during the news conference, Lopez was surrounded by several people before shots were fired, and people scrambled for cover. Another video posted on social media later showed at least one person bleeding profusely on the ground.

Several other people fired gunshots after the suspect began firing, but no one else was hit, Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer said.

Well, granted I'm not a lawyer, but if that toxicology report is allowed to be presented in court and I don't know why it wouldn't be allowed, isn't that reasonable doubt?

If George was dying from the drug stopping his breathing before the cop ever touched him, the cop is gonna walk.

Whats more likely...someone with drug -metabolites- in their system would spontaneously die, or that a person died because someone kneeled on their neck for almost 9min?

But apparently to you thats enough doubt to let the cop go...lol

Since we have video showing that the man was alert, conscious, and breathing until a knee was pushed down into his neck for 8 1/2 minutes, it is unlikely anything else killed him.

I can't really understand why you would even want to entertain the cop walking dude.

Do you want this country to be utterly destroyed? Because that's going to happen if the cop walks. Cities will burn. Yours and mine included. Maybe even our homes.

usually only well reasoned takes include the phrase "I'm not a lawyer but.." but we should allow for some exceptions yes

As others pointed out, he was alive when he was being kneeled on, three different times someone in power asked if they should roll him over, he looks dead/dying and the cop refused. No toxicology report is going to save him on that. He straight up murdered/lynched George Floyd in public. Full stop.

On top of both autopsy reports saying he died from asphyxiation.
