Think the point is that Ngo is known to fluff or exaggerate and also downright misled by showing only a portion of an incident and build an entire incorrect narrative off that portion. So yea, he did get hit with something but saying it was quick dry cement to try and vilify antifa even more is not honest journalism.
He did the same shit with another incident showing protesters throw something (a crowbar? I can't remember) inside of a bus filled with neo-nazis while not showing that it was the neo-nazis that threw it to protesters first.
