I dunno if both sides of this argument want to acknowledge this but cops can be shitheads to peaceful protestors, and deserve to be thrown in jail for those actions, and there can also shithead protestors that cause violence to cops and citizens alike, and also deserve to be thrown in jail. All of this can be happening simultaneously.
No cop has ever been arrested, valid
a guilty cop has never walked, valid
Which goes to a point I tried to make a while ago that being a cop is a choice that brings with it a set of expectations. They're supposed to be better than the undisciplined masses they're supposed to be protecting, but we're seeing time and again that they're very obviously not, and arguably worse because they have the firepower to back their bad decisions and a corrupted shield of beaureacracy to further protect them from consequences of said bad decisions. Some fireworks going off or some fence shaking isn't reason to gas a crowd or pepper them with rubber bullets. One or two bad actors/saboteurs isn't exactly a reason, either. However, I'd also say we're past the point of expecting cooperation. The crowds will continue to grow. Something really bad is inevitable.
is Antifa ISIS? that's for others to say
but yes
ISIS has a command structure over in towel land last i heard, even if some of their best attacks were by self radicals
Still waiting for even a hint of antifa structure tho
