If you want to find an organization staffed with the largest number of unprosecuted violent criminals it would be hard to top your local police department.

i said my stance, it's buried in this conversation and several others. the perpetrator of the incident that caused this thread to be created will go on trial. i don't have the advanced statistics showing where a cop purposefully committed a crime and had no repercussions, maybe you do, either way i said bad cops should be in prison so i am not defending their actions.

In the next line it says the data obtained is from journalists and other like minded individuals and organizations that seek out the information and continuing it extrapolates that data but hey stop reading when you think your point is proven.
