How would you do it? Stop protesting? Anytime there is a protest, someone is going to try and take advantage of it. I've seen lots of videos where protestors have stopped people from inciting violence, but you can only do that so many times. And it is near impossible to stop when police start shooting people in the head with rubber bullets.
