Seems obvious to me the officer should have called for an ambulance not long after assessing the scene, but I think this is doom for anyone hoping for a guilty charge of 2nd/3rd. Three of the cops are getting off completely, and Chauvin *might* get found guilty of involuntary manslaughter; he will probably be worse off for avoiding taxes / laundering than anything related to this.

The body cam footage and bloodwork results alone are going to make this a field day for the defense team. The prosecution has to be on some next-level shit to win this. Get ready for some extremely bad riots in select cities come 2021.

Im not confident but it paints a bit of a different picture seeing everything that led up to his death. Jury will have a hard time with murder charges imo. Hes clearly on something and resisting being put in the car, stating he cant breathe well before being anywhere near the ground. Obviously the knee on the neck for 8 min doesnt seem justified but everything leading up to that seems pretty reasonable. Kinda agree with Welltall the 3 will walk and Chauvin will probably get some lesser charge, riots will ensue.
