Well he's lifting like 700 lb, so he's definitely doing something.
If he was picking it off the ground, sure... but it's starting at his chest. He cut out all the impressive parts, from there he uses that belt and his gut to keep him up-right.

Even when I'm stage ready for a body building show I'm still pushing morbidly obese on the BMI scale and I'm definitely well under 10% body fat. BMI is a poor metric, individually and for populations at indicating the risk of certain diseases. It's also based on genetics, socioeconomic factors, environmental factors, lifestyle, etc.
Hence, almost. Literal bodybuilders wouldn't fall into this grouping.
