Hey maybe if the President had actually responded to the disease he would never have been in a position to make himself look this bad. He could've on day one thrown Fauci in the spotlight and said "this is a smart man, his brain is good, listen to this man," and taken a victory lap two months later.

If you're saying that there is no political benefit to making it look worse than it is you have absolutely no reasoning or logical capacity whatsoever.

I don't really understand the "political benefit" part since cases are bad in both Republican and Democrat led states. If Dems are "inflating" numbers, then why are R states like Texas and Florida having such high numbers right now? Wouldn't it benefit them to have lower numbers so show that numbers are being "inflated?"

Serious question (for anyone) because I don't see who benefits from false numbers in this situation.

Trump could have handily won in 2020 if he responded the way he should have. After seeing Italy, Brazil and the middle east, if we had a SK or better response he'd even have my vote.

Except HC said they're faking deaths and wants to know where the bodies are but provides to rationale as to what the end game would be to faking thousands of deaths and also where are the governments going to hide these supposedly dead people.

If you let people choose their own criteria, use their own methodology and present the way they’d like to; they can even tell you via using statistics that COVID is good for your health.

Serious companies have Chief Data Officers that oversee statistics, data usage, data presentation so that people won’t simply manipulate the data brackets and other stuff the way they want. Why don’t nations also do the same on a fucking important matter like a pandemic?
