Serious question. What about the bus drivers? Are they going to put up some kind of plexiglass screens or something for them?

Well, here in L.A. they've sectioned off the front of the bus, only boarding/exit from the mid/rear door, no seating up front.
Some bus models already had a plexi barrier for the driver even before the year started, others I've seen have involved putting up a clear plastic sheet separating the driver from the rest of the bus.

Everyone's talking about the teachers, and yes, they're absolutely involved in the conversation, but its not just them. Janitors, Cafeteria workers; there's a lot of other people involved with getting kids an education inside of the classroom.

Does your city not have public transit already running? Just do what they've been doing for the past 4 months which is yes giant plexiglass essentially bubbling them from the rest of the bus and blocking off sections of the seats to enforce physical distancing for the riders.

I don't live in a city, so I have no idea what the city is doing. I was also wondering how much it would cost to revamp all of those yellow twinkie busses, but I suppose it wouldn't be that expensive of an upgrade.

That's good. Bus driver's gotta eat, so its good that they can keep working, but its a tough tightrope between keeping your lights on while staying safe. Its why I give big props to the grocery store workers whenever I fill up each week.

I have no clue how much of social media these days is made up of bots and how many are real people, but I assume even the real people are influenced by the bots and they signal boost every word he says. If he wants to start encouraging responsibility it's going to have a positive effect nationwide on everyone who's been fighting against it, so I support him 100% in that endeavor.

as stated before, all of his rallies for the last month have been encouraging mask use. but yeah i'm glad you needed this officially to know that trump thinks you should wear masks. im surprised you aren't voting for him with that line of thinking

This is why I went and got tested =( months without sharing a joint and the first time I do im told the next day they had contact with someone positive

1) The rally in question got cancelled, has there even been one since? "all of his rallies" means literally none.
2) That story is only from 2 weeks ago, COVID-19 hit the U.S. in January, masks were recommended by the CDC since at least April
3) From that article: "Why it matters: The campaign's first coronavirus-era rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was notable for its lack of masks."
4) The President refused to appear with a mask in public prior to now and he's changed that stance, which is obviously what is being noted
5) The action of he himself wearing a mask and promoting it personally sending a positive message to his followers on mask adoption is the topic
6) Your sad need to scratch out some sort of, I don't know, intellectual superiority? Is that what you're going for? To have even the most basic interactions with people online is both sad and disgusting, I hope you seek the help you need.
