Now I will admit there are certain things that are just complete bullshit bureaucracy steps and that stuff is annoying as fuck, especially when even in 2020 things are not digital or require weeks/months to get stamped approval on them and have giant committee meetings for discernible reason.

Now in context of that video what Trump deregulations is she talking about? Also even if a treatment isn't approved fully by the FDA aren't you allowed to sign up for clinical trials on your own? Or was this with her insurance covering it?
