They certainly don't have access to on-hand WH medical staff (obviously) but the quality of care is likely standard across the board. They're certainly all on that level of society in the US.
That said, Trump being reinfected would be astronomical. There's less than 10 confirmed cases of legitimate SARS-CoV2 reinfection in the world.
