everyone rushing to resign and remove him from office with 12 days left lol
how long did elaine have that position lmao
Nearly four years.
She was also Sec. Labor for eight years under Bush.
I see these mfs, how stupid they think we are?
It's also to prevent him from doing anything else stupid and damaging before he leaves office

Pelosi just giving a speech, she's formally calling for the 25th with Schumer.
No President has ever been removed from office via impeachment, correct? It'd be wonderful if he was the first.
Not gonna happen though.
Bolton on CNN outlining why the 25th is just not going to happen. He's making some good points tbh. Saying that the moment Trump finds out anyone in his cabinet supports it he will just fire them and then the signature on the paper will be worthless.
That seems like a rather big roadblock to ever getting the 25th to be enacted for any president who is not physically incapacitated.
Sounds like a constitutional crisis worth having to iron out the deficiencies
I highly doubt our predecessors intended for a president to just be able to fire his entire cabinet in order to avoid the 25th. Kinda like how I doubt they intended for a president to be able to maintain a militia in DC and just pardoning them for any crimes they do on his behalf.

Which is a good reason why the 25th Amendment should be interpreted to be those cabinet members who don't "serve at the will of the President"
