Probably the best description of Bush. He honestly meant well, but the advisors were the ones that pulled the strings in the back to fuck up all sorts of shit. This is probably the reason why he is now seen in a 'Better' light in a sense.

As a utilitarian I dispute the notion that describing Bush as well-meaning exculpates him from the only metric of morality -- consequences.
