Eh not that qualified. If you're an academic appointee, I'd expect tenured. Adjunct just means you teach a class. There's no requirements beyond having a JD, and most do it while holding a full time regular job.

I would absolutely agree this is a more recent turn of events. Again, not saying only conservatives are molestors. But in the past ~10 years it has started turning into a political divide when it shouldn’t be.


You mention metoo, that’s definitely a dem movement. While there’s a lot of hypocrisy behind it the dems champion it, the repubs make meme jokes about it and call it fake news. What do you think they are teaching their kids when they mock a movement like that?

Even on a more base level, we have a society that basically glorifies party culture and getting plastered and/or high to the point it is the likely source for numerous cases of sexual assaults and crimes from the teens to early/mid-20s. Fuck, the entire premise of the Kavanaugh hearing was of one such case. To that end, I don't doubt potentially high numbers of experience. MeToo being mocked because "WhErE's ThE pRoOf" and other bullshit lost to time, fear, confusion, police incompetence, and political/financial power doesn't help.

What's at least true is that the Dems seem to want to eke out punishment against there own these days, with people like Franken as an example. I imagine this conversation would also be more interesting if Epstein hadn't been murdered before we could get into some real meaty trials and testimony.
