My bet is:
* Trump's symptoms are actually mild
* He's a well known hypochondriac/catastrophizer
* He's freaking the fuck out because he was actually really afraid of COVID this whole time
* His medical staff has to deal with specific and unreasonable treatment demands from THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, who is their boss given that they are military doctors
* He's getting a bunch of treatment he doesn't need given his mild symptoms
* His staff is left to rationalize the gap between the treatments and the symptoms
