Yes and no.

"heaviness" i assume is to relate to potency. it's a potent antiinflammatory but has less (i.e. essentially no) mineralocorticoid action when compared to other corticosteroids. fruitless argument. if trump were really in dire straights (refractory septic shock with adrenal insufficiency) he prob would have gotten hydrocortisone for the mineralocorticoid benefit. regardless, decadron is prob my most commonly given steroid (up there with methylprednisolone) bc the half life is pretty long. and i certainly wouldn't call it a heavy drug - gave it to someone i sent home yesterday for something fairly minor.
