I'm honestly not sure what the Democrats should do if they come into power. The debt is totally fucked, but people are still willing to lend to us and the economy isn't going to improve if we just wait for COVID to go away.

I don't mind that Democrats have a habit of fully funding their legislation, but I don't want them to avoid throwing money at things with an ROI exceeding interest because we're in debt.

Might sound counter intuitive, but having kids is more helpful than not. You will only be super productive for like 50 years? And for decades before and after those years you either don't contribute to gdp/productivity or contribute much less. If you have kids you literally create new humans to replace you in the machine, to make up for when you were younger and care for you when you're older. Also, you having more kids means we have to import less brown kids to work, because lord knows businesses will import humans to fill gaps, natives be dammed.

I get their reasoning, just wish they made it easier to afford kids in 2020.
