Black man and his son are dropping off a U-Haul, elderly white couple who own the strip mall think they are trying to steal stuff and come out blasting guns. Luckily no one was hurt and amazingly, a cop was parked at the strip mall and intervened and arrested the old white folks. Emboldened vigilantism is a real thing now. This might be one of the scariest times in recent memory to be dark skinned.

Unless he didn't believe she was 13 because he was sent pictures of a 24 year old. Not only does she not look 13 in the pic he was sent, but she doesn't even look 20.

I agree the guy is an idiot if he tried to smash a girl who was lying about her age down to 13, but the fact that >90% of the people arrested have no child pornography indicates that they aren't exactly fishing in the right pond.

Maybe it is close enough, but it is worth considering.

I for one wholly support the "Cops Thought She Was A Cunt" Act amongst the options for police reform. I think that's in the same bill that says extrajudicial murder is justified after the fact if it is ever discovered the person killed committed a crime at any point.

She was given the option to leave and chose to do so.

It's no different than trespassing. If you're asked to leave and are in the process of leaving they can't suddenly charge you with it.

You're also completely ignoring the fact he said she was being charged with disorderly conduct. You can call a cop whatever the fuck you want as long as you're not threatening them. That is NOT disorderly conduct.

So she obeyed his commands and was leaving. So the curfew shit got nullified right there and then. So talking shit is the charge?
