Definitely not an injured man, you can see him getting into the lying down position right as the video cuts to him. The cop also doesnt "ride over his head", you can see him walking alongside his bike. Before you go "whats the difference"...well the bike probably weighs 25 lbs at most with all the gear, on it, the cop weighs ~200 lbs, and his gear on his person another 20-25, so the difference is 25 lbs vs 250 lbs riding over his head.

Having said that, probably still hurt like hell, but that video caption is bullshit designed to illicit maximum outrage from the irrational crowd.

State Rep. Attica Scott was among several demonstrators who were booked Thursday as they were gathered at a church in downtown Louisville.

Scott, who recently pre-filed a bill called "Breonna's Law" that would end no-knock warrants in the state, was booked Thursday evening on three charges, including first-degree rioting, which is a felony.

The Kentucky lawmaker who represents District 41 was taken into custody just off the property of the First Unitarian Church on 4th Street. She was trying to join the crowd that had gathered there after the curfew went into effect at 9 p.m.

Church leaders offered the demonstrators sanctuary at the church so Louisville Metro police officers wouldn't arrest them for disobeying the curfew.

I don't even know what for. There hasn't been a single incidence of protest related violence in the city since MLK was killed. Which was kind of significant, because you know, yeah.

You know I thought you guys were memeing the "Mostly Peaceful" thing but while I was waiting for food, the news was on the TV downstairs and I heard the term "Mostly Peaceful Protestors" about 6 times in a 10 minute segment on the incidents following the Breonna ruling.

Probably because they are, statistically proven, over 90% peaceful and there is a right wing smear campaign going on to try to convince people otherwise? Reaffirming factual information is an important thing to do when fighting fascism.

Just because one protester was bad and shot innocent cops, doesn't mean all protesters are bad.
